Awareness Helps You Fall into a Regular Routine

We are told that “awareness” is the state or ability to perceive, to feel, or to be conscious of events, objects, or sensory patterns. It seems like every day you turn around and you are told to be "aware" of this or that. Regarding health and wellness, that isn’t such a bad thing. September has its fair share of days, months or weeks designated to raise “awareness”. And we are happy to share that with all our ithriveX followers.

  • National Pain Awareness Month: Chronic Pain directly impacts millions of people all around the globe. Each year in September, pain professionals and activists gather to make the public aware of how prevalent general pain is and educate them on how to deal with pain. It is also a time when many organizations collect funding for research into the causes and treatments of various forms of pain. At ithriveX, we stand behind our all-natural formulas designed to help ease pain caused by any number of factors. It could be an athletic injury, fibromyalgia, arthritis, or something more severe like limb loss. We want to be there for pain sufferers and offer an all- natural therapy solution. You can learn more about Pain Awareness Month here.
    • National Rehabilitation Awareness Week: Every person deserves to live his/her life to the fullest despite pain, injury or other physical or emotional setbacks. This year Rehab Awareness Week runs from September 19-25th. There is actual documentation that therapy techniques date back to the Greeks in 100BC. Today there are hundreds of programs to help you with your issues. Rehabilitation Awareness Week highlights the positive impact that these services make in the lives of people in need. This week (and every week) we especially appreciate all the physical therapists who recommend our ithriveX products, including our Performance Creams, and Anti-Friction Creams (for use with prosthetics).

    • National Self-Care Awareness Month: As many of us tend to put others’ needs before our own it is important to remember that we should also always take an active role in protecting our own physical and emotional well-being. Although we have many days throughout the year to remind us of the importance of self-care, September is designated as Self-Care Awareness Month. The practice of being good to yourself, is just as important as being good to others and most importantly, it should be    guilt-free. This year be more mindful of hygiene, nutrition, physical exercise, moderation, and mental health. And if you think you need professional help…don’t be afraid to seek it out for your best benefit.

Eckhart Tolle is quoted as saying “Awareness is the greatest agent for change.” As we transition into another season let us be mindful of all that is good for us, and within us.
