Some Call It "Rocktober"
Who doesn’t love quirky and catchy marketing names? Right? Sometimes we roll our eyes. Sometimes we giggle. We recently heard someone refer to the month of October as “Rocktober”. We thought, are more people rock climbing as the Fall leaves change colors? We thought, are there more music concerts held in this month than others? We thought, was this the month that the pet rock was invented? We’re really not sure about the answer to any of those questions, but we do know that this month there are lots of National Awareness Events going on that matter to us at ithriveX. And we wanted to share them with you, because honestly…they rock!
- National Chiropractic Health Month: Each October, the American Chiropractor Association (ACA) hosts a monthly event to raise public awareness of the importance of musculoskeletal health and the benefits of chiropractic care and its natural, whole-person, patient-centered and drug-free approach to health and wellness. Of course, this fits right in with our mission at ithriveX. Chiropractors don’t want you to just survive, they want you to thrive! Chiropractors promote non-drug options for pain management. Just like us! If you are a chiropractor, contact us at info@i25X.com and our staff will get back to you to introduce you to our product line.
- National Physical Therapy Month: Just like Chiropractors, Physical Therapists also help tremendously in the healing process. Dating back to 460 BC, Hippocrates introduced the idea of manual manipulation for pain relief. Years later it has evolved into an allied health profession that benefits millions of individuals seeking relief from pain, injury, and more so that they can keep moving forward. This month we are celebrating ALL physical therapists with a 20% discount off our products. Just visit our website and enter Thrive20 in the promo code area when you check out. And if you are interested in ordering our products in bulk, drop us a note and we’ll get you set up.
- National Spina Bifida Awareness Month: Spina Bifida is a birth defect that occurs when the spine and spinal cord don’t form properly. Today hundreds of thousands of people live with spina bifida, but cases in the US are still somewhat rare. Unfortunately, treatments can help manage the condition, but there is no known cure. However, as technology has advanced, the life span of someone with spina bifida has extended. This month we celebrate individuals (especially children) with spina bifida. They are the true warriors fighting this disease. You can learn more about spina bifida by visiting spinabifidaassociation.org. Check out some of their Walk-N-Roll Events. After all…it is ROCKTOBER!
