Are ithriveX products made in the USA?

Proudly, we strive to have all ingredients and components, which comprise our products, to be purchased and manufactured in the USA.

 

Are ithriveX products all natural?

Most our formulations are 100% all natural.  Few contain synthetics but the base of the formula remains all natural

 

Can I use ithriveX performance and extreme creams anywhere on my body?

Thrivers use our products literally from head to toe!  We definitely recommend you use ithriveX wherever you are experiencing pain.  Please use with caution and keep away from eyes.  Note, it does have a heating/cooling sensation so some parts of your body may react differently than others

 

Are ithriveX Performance and Extreme creams Hot/Cold Therapy creams?

We like to say no since often hot/cold therapy creams “trick” our brain into believing our pain is relieved versus actually promoting healing through fighting inflammation and offering relief through essential oils.

 

What happens if I leave it in my gym bag or the car and it gets hot? Is it ruined?

If left in excessive heat it could possibly liquefy but once returned to room or cool temperatures it will go back to cream form and the effectiveness of the product will not be affected. That's the good and bad of no synthetic ingredients! 

 

If I apply after showering will I feel more of a burn or cooling?

Absolutely!  Your pores are open and receiving the effects of the ingredients and if you apply the products and begin to perspire you will feel that sensation as well.  Most Thrivers report this to be a positive, especially for sore muscles during long runs or intense workouts.

 

How often can I use the product?

We recommend using the products as needed.  For chronic pain, it is best to start out 3-6 times a day and as you continue to use the product, just as committed as you are to brushing your teeth, you will find the inflammation and pain get to a point where you may only need our assistance 1-2 times a day.

 

Are ithriveX products approved by the FDA?

Due to the composition of the product, primarily all natural, these products do not require FDA approval.  ithriveX does not make any healing claims. But, we do believe you will be 110% satisfied and recommend our products to your family and friends.

Do ithriveX products contain parabens?

No. ithriveX products are paraben-free.

 

Does ithriveX contain Sulfates, dyes or artificial colorants?

No. All our products are free of sulfates, dyes and artificial colorants.

 

Are ithriveX products GMO free?

Yes. ithriveX products are GMO free.

 

Are ithriveX products safe for Vegans?

Yes. ithriveX products are safe for Vegans.

 

Are ithriveX products gluten-free?

Yes. ithriveXproducts are gluten-free.

 

Are ithriveX products safe for children?

Yes, ithriveX products are formulated to be all-natural and safe for even the most sensitive skin and are safe for infants and children. Of course, consult a physician before use. We do recommend you keep them out of the reach of little ones for your sanity and their safety.

 

Are ithriveX products safe for pregnant women and nursing mothers?

It is an all natural product so we feel of all options out there, it’s the best but we recommend you check with your doctor before use and are definitely not suggesting use.

 

Are ithriveX products tested on animals?

No. We have not tested our products on animals.  But we do believe they would be safe and beneficial to use on our beloved furry friends.

 

Why do ithriveX products cost more than competitor products?

Because they contain the finest in essential oils, direct from their country of origin. 

 

How are ithriveX products tested?

ithriveX products are first rigidly tested on our Founders children and herself and once approved they are tested on existing Thrivers and other trusted fans! Some products have been tested under the supervision of medical professionals. That being said they have not been medically tested. We cannot make any claims about the effects of the products on our users and any medical conditions. Can I order products larger than 3oz?

Yes.  At the moment, this is a special – easy order!  Please contact us directly for sizes and pricing.

 

What if I want to cancel my order or switch a product after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, all orders are final and cannot be canceled or altered once placed. They are directly placed in our fulfillment center to be processed and shipped immediately. We are happy to work with you once you receive your order and if not completely satisfied

 

What if I don’t want to place my order online?

Please don’t let that deter you from ordering. Call us directly at 800.441.0729. We will be honored to take your order and process your credit card payment. And please don’t be shy…leave a message if we miss you!

 

How much is shipping? Can I expedite my order?

Domestic shipping in the continental United States is free. There are options at checkout for other forms of shipping, such as expedited and overseas. 

 

How can I track my order?

Upon checkout, you will automatically see a tracking link you can view at any time. 

 

What is your return policy? 

We are committed to providing each of our Thrivers the very best experience possible. If you are unsatisfied with an ithriveX product, contact us immediately and we will resolve your issue with the utmost care.

Although we make every effort to pack our products carefully, errors or damage does occur occasionally. When your product arrives, please check your order carefully. In the event that a shipping error occurred or the product is damaged or expired, we will exchange it with no extra shipping costs. Please call or email our office within 2 business days. Please keep the original packaging intact, and to expedite the replacement process, please send along a photo of your damaged product for the delivery person to inspect and document the damage. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. See Full Policy Here

 

How long will it take to get my package?

Packages are typically shipped the same day the order is placed. For standard shipping on domestic orders, your package will arrive in 3 to 5 business days. You have the option to choose expedited shipping at checkout.
