Reebok Ragnar Tennessee [2018]

A Brief History of the Ragnar Relay

In 2004, the Ragnar Relay began as a small, overnight relay race across the Utah mountains. Today it has over 100,000 annual participants in thirty locations across the United States. It has evolved into one of the most well-known relay races in the country.

The Ragnar Relay got its name from a 2,000-year-old Scandinavian hero with a quirky reputation. Participants in the race wholeheartedly embrace that free-spirited attitude. For two days and one insane night - crazy costumes, decked out vehicles, the company of teammates and strangers alike are par for the course.

As the saying goes: “the stars become your night light” along this 200-mile adventure.

Reebok Ragnar Tennessee

The Reebok Ragnar is taking place March 23-24. It starts in Chattanooga, TN and ends in Nashville, TN. To keep everything running smoothly, the Reebok Ragnar has a well-defined infrastructure. Courses are carefully mapped out and marked with pertinent information. Safety is a top priority while participants are out on the roads and trails.

The race embraces nature. Responsible camping, a mentality of preservation, and consciousness of waste management help to keep the race environmentally sustainable.

The Ragnar website provides answers to any questions participants might have. Information regarding locations, minimum speed requirements, and team sizing options are provided.

We would like to give a special shout-out to the team from Amputee Blade Runner, which is comprised solely of amputees - they are an inspiring group of people, to say the least. CrossFit will also be representing. It’s going to be a blast!

Making the Most of Reebok Ragnar Tennessee

Connecting with nature? Check. Running hard? Absolutely. Self-competition? If you want to!

But first and foremost, the Ragnar is a social event. The point is to create lasting memories with teammates and new friends, all while bonding over the crazy experience of running through nature at 2am.

Participants run for a finisher’s medal at the end. The name of the game in the Ragnar is togetherness - driving your teammates forward and cheering them on with more energy than you thought was possible. All while running on PB&J’s, little sleep, and baby-wipe showers.

In the end, it’s always worth it. As Henry Ford once said, “If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.”

ithriveX Performance Cream: Anti Inflammatory Cream

While at Ragnor, you can spend time enjoying nature, the company, and the competition without being plagued by aches and pains. Let’s face it, muscles and joints tend to get sore when running all day and night.

We highly recommend ithriveX Performance Cream and the ithriveX Performance Extreme Cream. These all-natural pain relief cream provides proven joint and muscle pain relief. We promise that it will help make the Ragnar as pain-free as it is exciting!

ithriveX Anti-Friction Cream for Amputees

We are thrilled about our new product! The ithriveX Anti-Friction Cream and the ithriveX Anti-Friction Extreme Cream are specifically designed to address amputee skin problems related to problems with prosthetics. The friction created when a prosthetic limb is constantly rubbing against the skin of the stump can cause skin problems for the amputee.

The ithriveX Anti-Friction Cream will relieve these symptoms so that you’re free to focus on the race!
