Frankincense & Skin Care
Everyone wants younger, fresher, and healthier looking skin without paying a ton of money or having expensive surgery! Frankincense essential oil, known as the king of essential oils, can give you all of these skin benefits, and MORE!
Frankincense essential oil is distilled from the sap of a Boswellia tree, most commonly found in Africa and Arabia. Frankincense has been used since ancient times in Middle Eastern cultures and is still considered to be more precious than gold. It was given to baby Jesus after birth. It can be used for relaxation, meditation, and prayer. It can be used as a perfume. It can regenerate skin cells!
Frankincense essential oil can be used to tone and tighten skin, prevent wrinkles, reduce dark spots, heal and prevent acne, slow the signs of aging, heal burns, wounds, rashes and eczema, soothe dry skin, and reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks. Here are some simple and easy ways to add this oil to your skin care routines!
You can add Frankincense to your existing skin care products, but if you’re not quite sure what’s in those products, you may want to create your own. Check our your products on the Environmental Working Group’s website to see how your skin products rate.
